The deputy administrator of USAID for Europe and Asia, Paige Alexander said that USAID has allocated 40 million dollars for agricultural sector, adding that it is good opportunity to work with the ministry directly on programs of government for agriculture.
Whereas, the minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Blerand Stavileci said that the best work is when they find good implementer for their programs.
USAID is one step ahead of others, I would say in some initiatives of supporting farmers that have not been earlier. You see the greenhouse that we are now with sowing of new varieties, different agricultural items, which are not stabilized only in our market, but there are as well different possibilities for export, Stavileci said.
